I managed day-to-day operations at an open-pit graphite mine and processing plant. This included overseeing drilling, blasting, hauling, crushing, and graphite processing activities. I also led the construction and successful launch of a plant focused on producing jumbo flake graphite. Alongside operations, I supported business development to grow the project and attract investment.
